Numinest LLC

The short version. Birth Plan by Numinest has no accounts and no servers. Everything you enter stays on your device. We do not collect, receive, store, sell, or share your personal information. This policy explains that in full, and covers the two places where limited information does exist: this website, and any email you choose to send us.
This policy is issued by Numinest LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Michigan, United States (“Numinest”, “we”, “us”). It applies to the numinest.com website and to the mobile applications we publish, including Birth Plan by Numinest (the “App”).

Nothing. The App does not collect personal data.
Concretely, this means:
If you use your device's own iCloud or encrypted-backup features, a copy of the App's local data may be included in that backup. That backup is governed by Apple's terms and your device settings, and remains outside our reach and control at all times.
When you print, save, or share the one-page plan the App generates, the file is handed to your device's own printing and sharing system. Where it goes next — a printer, a Files folder, a message to your partner — is entirely your choice, and it does not pass through Numinest.
Deleting the App from your device removes the data it stored there. There is no separate deletion request to make, because we hold no copy of it.
This website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising, and contains no third-party tracking scripts. There are no forms on this site and nothing on it asks you to identify yourself. Every image and font it uses is served from this domain, so loading a page makes no request to any other company.
As with any website, the hosting provider that serves these pages automatically processes limited technical information — such as the IP address making the request, the requested page, and the browser's user-agent string — in server logs, for the purpose of delivering the pages and protecting the service from abuse. We do not use those logs to build profiles, we do not combine them with any other information, and we do not use them for advertising.
Links to our accounts on Instagram, X, TikTok and YouTube are plain links. We do not embed those platforms' scripts or pixels on this site, so those companies learn nothing about your visit unless you click through to them, at which point their own privacy policies apply.
If you email hello@numinest.com, we receive whatever you put in that email — at minimum your email address and your message — and we keep it for as long as needed to answer you and to maintain a record of the correspondence. We use it only to reply to you. We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not share your message with anyone outside Numinest. You can ask us to delete the correspondence at any time.

Our apps and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since the App collects no personal information at all, it collects none from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information by email, contact us and we will delete it.
Depending on where you live — for example under the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, or under California law including the CCPA/CPRA — you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights.
These rights are straightforward to honor here: for the App we hold no personal information about you, so there is nothing to access, export, correct, or delete on our side. For email correspondence, write to hello@numinest.com and we will act on your request. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law, and we do not engage in targeted advertising.
If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have handled your information improperly, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
The strongest security measure available to us is the one we have chosen: not collecting the data. Your plan lives on your device, protected by your device's own passcode, biometrics and encryption. This website is served over HTTPS.
Numinest LLC is based in the United States. Because the App transmits no personal data, using it does not involve an international transfer of your information. Email you send us is received and stored in the United States.
If we change this policy we will update the “last updated” date above and post the new version on this page. If a future version of an app ever collects data — which would be a deliberate departure from how we build — we will say so plainly here and in the App Store listing before it ships, not quietly afterwards.
